An all-in-one powerful synthesizer and composer, the OP-XY from Teenage Engineering boasts deep, direct sequencing capabilities. The OP-XY is an all-around worktable featuring a wide range of connectivity options, a unique synth engine, a 64-step sequencer workflow with deep, and direct sequencing abilities, a library of built-in effects and 24-voice polyphony. The USB-C rechargeable battery renders this compact groovebox completely portable, with up to 16+ hours of undisturbed play.

The OP–XY workflow is based around sequencing tracks one by one to build the layers of a song. It’s a groovebox that’ll let you reinvent your tracks with every step. Use it standalone or connect it with any external gear. A small but mighty machine, OP–XY comes encased in a monochromatic matte-black aluminum body. It includes multiple 3.5 stereo inputs-and-outputs, featuring the multi-out port that can be used to send midi, cv, sync or gate along with USB-C and ble midi. As with all Teenage Engineering products, it will also have firmware updates throughout its lifecycle, extending its possibilities as technology and user needs to develop. 

A large Field Bag (sold separately) is made for carrying your OP-XY Sequencer. It features a secure front pocket for cables and hook-and-loop straps on the back allow for multiple uses, like attaching to other Field Bags. With the back loop and field strap, you can wear it in multiple ways: carried on the waist, cross body, or over the shoulder.
