Each piece has a heavy-gauge aluminum body with a non-stick ceramic coating that is PTFE and PFOA-free. Space cookware can be used on gas, electric and induction cooktops and is oven-safe up to 428°F. Dishwasher-safe. Choose from a ten-piece set (two saucepans with lids, two frying pans, one saute pan with lid and one shallow casserole with lid) and a three-piece set (three saucepans). Dishwasher-safe but hand washing recommended to prolong performance.
