Brooklyn Blend: A smooth, versatile medium-roast designed for the everyday filter coffee drinker. This signature blend features a balanced profile with low acidity, highlighting creamy notes of milk chocolate and toffee followed by a finish of rich dried fruits. Sourced through trusted producer relationships in Colombia, Guatemala, and Honduras, it offers a familiar yet elevated cup that is enjoyable both black or with milk.

Manhattan: A bold, full-bodied dark omniroast for those who prefer a deep, caramelized cup. Roasted to emphasize bittersweet sugars and syrupy molasses sweetness, Manhattan features sophisticated tasting notes of dark chocolate and marzipan. This seasonally sourced blend, built on a foundation of Brazilian and Central American beans, maintains a heavy, satisfying body that is equally versatile for filter brewing or espresso.

Colombia – El Ramo: A nuanced single-origin light roast that celebrates the bright, vibrant flavors of Antioquia. This washed-process coffee is composed of seasonally rotating lots from trusted Colombian producers, ensuring a consistently sweet and approachable profile year-round.
