Crafted from stainless steel, the Dondolo Standing Cheese Knife features a weighted bottom that keeps it standing upright on your table or counter. After you use it to slice cheese, place it down to return to its automatic standing position. This keeps your table clean from food residue and eliminates the need for an extra plate. The weighted bottom allows the knife to wobble back and forth slightly, so it can’t be knocked over. The Dondolo Standing Cheese Knife can be used for hard and soft cheeses and like classic cheese knives, has a pointed-end blade that’s useful for picking up pieces of hard cheese after you cut them. It measures 8.5h x 2”diam. Dishwasher-safe.
