MoMA Exclusive: A modern take on a classic design, the Dachs Cuckoo Clock is made from a mineral-based artificial wood, with a face featuring numerals in a Broadway-style font—a cheeky reference to the singing bird’s performance. The clock’s steel roof resembles a dachshund’s ears and follows the shape of the cuckoo’s square window. Made in Japan, the Dachs Cuckoo Clock features a light sensor that prevents it from making sound at night. Requires two D batteries (included). It measures 9.8h x 9.8w x 4″d.
