Matisse: Les Velours Framed Print

This print features a reproduction of the work Les Velours (1947) by Henri Matisse, whose work is featured in MoMA’s collection. The artist’s innovative paper cut-outs are the subject of the 2014 exhibition Henri Matisse: The Cut-Outs, the largest and most extensive presentation of these works ever assembled. Hand-printed with high-density archival ink on 100% Italian cotton archival paper, this serigraph is mounted and laminated for protection from dust and UV rays, and floated in a hand-stained, black, 2″-deep frame made from ash wood grown in sustainable forests.
