Braun BN-BC03 Desk Alarm Clock

This small, portable BN-BC03 Desk Alarm Clock is based on Braun’s AB1 Clock design from 1987. This updated version of the classic design is distinguished by its minimalist round face and iconic yellow second hand. It features an ascending alarm, light-up face, silent sweep- motion second hand movement, and 5-minute snooze function that’s activated by pressing the top of the clock. The Braun BN-BC03 Desk Alarm Clock is made of ABS plastic, measures 2.8h x 2.8w x 1″d and requires one AA battery (not included). Braun is a manufacturer represented in the Museum’s collection and since 1959, their work has been included in numerous MoMA exhibitions.
